All our new Fine Finishers undergo a two week training course at head office training centre. After that they continue their training out in the field, supported by a highly skilled mentor.

 

As well as being trained on how to repair a whole range of surfaces, our Fine Finishers are fully trained in the use of their ‘Mobile Finishers’. Using these clever devices, our Fine Finishers record detailed information about each repair they carry out. The data feeds into our IT reporting systems, automatically updating customer records as soon as a job is completed so that customers have complete transparency of information from start to finish on every job.

 

 

The CSCS scheme was set up to help the construction industry improve quality and reduce accidents.

 

CSCS is fast becoming the industry standard. It is supported by organisations such as the Major Contractors Group (MCG), National Contractors Federation (NCF), Major Home Builders Group (MHBG) and Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) all of whom are committed to a fully qualified workforce by the end of 2010.

 

Over 90% of Plastic Surgeon’s workforce now holds a CSCS card, which is increasingly demanded as proof of occupational competence by customers.
