What is the damaged item?
Rolltop bath

What material is the item made from?
Acrylic

What colour is the item?
Plain White

What is the finish on the item?
Smooth High Gloss finish

What is the type of damage?
2 seperate cracks close in proximity, approx 5cm apart from each other.

How big is the damaged area?
Crack 1 is 11cm long Crack 2 is 8 cm long

Where is the damage located on the item?
Both cracks are on the top edge of the rolltop situated at the plug waste end of the bath to the right side of the taps.

Please describe how the damage occured
Believe to be in transit post recent delivery of new bathroom suite, unable to replace with MFI.
