What is the damaged item?
Kitchen worktop

What material is the item made from?
Laminate covered woodchip; Howdens

What colour is the item?
Walnut wood style strips

What is the finish on the item?
Smooth (i think)

What is the type of damage?
Cracked blistered holes in the laminated covering

How big is the damaged area?
4 blisters with sizes ranging from 5p pieces (2x) and 1 10p piece and a 50p piece. Also 4 blisters but they don't have to be altered

Where is the damage located on the item?
In the middle of the worktop

Please describe how the damage occured
Put a hot pan on the worktop and it burnt
