brick lintel repairThis was a tricky repair that involved re-building sections of brick using a series of our specially formulated two-part fillers. The surfaces then had to be levelled and the surface texture matched to the profile of the surrounding bricks. Finally, our Finisher applied Plastic Surgeon’s specialist brick tinting technique to match the tone and colour to the existing bricks.

However at Plastic Surgeon we have developed brick tinting processes that allow us to repair stained, mouldy and discoloured bricks, restoring them to the original colour and texture. The before and after photos shown here, are a good example of how we colour matched the damaged bricks to match the surrounding areas.

brick repairThese engineering bricks at a site in the new Olympic Village had suffered damage to the joints. The bricks had been cut like a mitre to a non 90 degree angle, and previous attempts to repair the joints had failed, meaning that the contractor would not sign off the work. After a quick call to our customer services team, a finisher was onsite to carry out a skilled repair, which fully satisfied the contractor.
