Rob Mouser, Managing Director of Plastic Surgeon said: "We are thrilled to have won such a prestigious award. On top of last year's BIFM award which rewarded our achievements in FM, we have now been recognised in the important construction sector. This gives us industry wide recognition for our comprehensive cosmetic repair service and the innovative business processes that we have developed. Over the past 20 years we have grown to become the UK's largest and only national provider.
"Innovative use of technology has contributed to our success. From our centralised repair booking service and VisibilITy customer reporting system, to our newly launched iPhone Snag Reporter App.
"Our investment in industry leading training programmes for both existing and new Finishers ensures we are expanding whilst improving quality and service. We continue to develop innovative and unique repair techniques which has enabled us to expand from our original automotive roots into a multi-sector provider of finishing services. We now provide our services across the country to the largest names in house building, construction, facilities management, cruise ships and the insurance industry."
The judges said:
"Any main contractor would want our winning company as part of their supply chain. They showed a great diversification strategy, starting from the car industry, moving to housing, now construction and into repairs on cruise ships."
All the winners were announced last night (July 11th) at a ceremony attended by almost 1,000 guests at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
