New London team for surface repair specialists

New London team for surface repair specialists

THE UK’s national surface repair specialist Plastic Surgeon has significantly strengthened its UK network of Finishers by launching a dedicated London team in response to growing demand for its services.

The company which enables businesses to save time and money whilst meeting increasing environmental responsibilities by repairing surfaces such as internal and external doors, bath panels, shower trays, kitchen work surfaces, brick and block work, fascias, glass and metal surfaces, says the creation of the dedicated London team is a key part of its development programme and a reflection of its focus on delivering high quality customer service.

Every member of the 13-strong team, including new operations manager for the London area Simon Stock are based in London itself, ensuring that Plastic Surgeon’s customers in the capital receive faster response times to their surface repair needs.

The new London team adds to Plastic Surgeon’s 6 existing regional teams bringing the number of Finishers to over 90.

According to Plastic Surgeon MD Rob Mouser, with increased levels of construction projects now operating across London, demand for its services has been growing with businesses increasingly understanding the benefits of a Repair Not Replace ethos.

“Certainly in the last 12 months we have seen a significant upturn in the amount of projects we have been working on in London as more developments come online. Traditionally our Southern and Eastern teams have managed our London customers but that has meant them travelling into the centre of London from surrounding areas.

“The creation of a dedicated London team of Finishers is a major development for us and not only a sign of our growth as the UK’s leading surface repair specialist but a reflection that more businesses across the UK’s building, construction and Facilities Management sectors are really starting to see the benefits that repairing can bring them in terms of both cost savings and in preventing items from being ripped out and going into landfill unnecessarily,” said Rob.

“And with a key focus on customer service, the beauty of the new London team is that with them all being based centrally, they can be on site carrying out the wide range of surface repairs we can offer even faster,” added Rob.

To reinforce its London launch and to enable those with environmental and sustainability responsibilities within construction, building, FM and a range of other business sectors to see how surfaces can be repaired, Plastic Surgeon is launching a national campaign called ‘Save Our Surfaces’ at Ecobuild, London Excel, between March 5th and 7th.

On its stand, N1420, it will be running a live Surface Repair Clinic across the 3 days, will have a repair gallery for people to see how surfaces can be transformed and will have members of the team on hand to discuss surface repair and enable visitors to sign up to the campaign and receive a range of benefits.
