Top insurers Allianz looks to slash claims lifecycle by up to 80% by choosing to work with Plastic Surgeon

Top insurers, Allianz, say that they are now able to speed up the claim lifestyle by up to 80% through a new partnership with specialist fine finisher’s Plastic Surgeon

This will be done by focusing on restoring surface damage claims rather than automatic replacement as a solution.

Working with the Uk’s top fine finisher’s will improve sustainability, reducing landfill and material wastage as well as being less intrusive and providing a fast and environmentally friendly service.

Plastic Surgeon offers a nationwide service with over 250 finishers and the facility to handle the claim from their head office with a target of contacting customers within four hours of instruction.

For simple claims, Allianz’s claims handlers will be able to use targeted questioning to triage cases, however, on more complex claims, the loss adjuster will decide if restoration services are the most appropriate course of action.

The type of restoration claims that The Plastic Surgeon handle include damage to wooden surfaces, cracked tiles and ceramic, brick and stone work as well as UPVC.
