Our Finishers are organised into 7 regional operations teams throughout the UK and are employed directly by us, not franchised or sub-contracted. Each team has a dedicated field sales manager and regional operations manager.
To ensure consistent standards of customer care, we operate a centralised repair booking system at our national headquarters in Devon, where all repair work requests are logged.
The booking system automatically allocates work to the nearest available Finisher, to ensure a fast response for the customer. It uses a series of checks, for example, to determine the distance from the site, hours available for work and skill set of the Finisher. Full job details are then relayed to the Finisher electronically on their mobile handsets.
