Bolstering insurance team growth with key appointments

Our insurance division has gone from strength to strength over the last few years with revenues tripling in the last five years and a 40% increase in the last 12 months alone.

Our dedicated insurance team comprises of field and office staff who have the experience and skills required to work in this sector.

Growing team

We recently welcomed Lauren Robson to the team who has a background in insurance and claims management. Her most recent role was working for Crawford & Co Loss Adjusters where she was an Internal loss adjuster, and before this time she worked for AXA.

Lauren RobsonLauren joins our head of insurance Chris Edwards, who leads our award-winning team.    Her role will be to continue the growth of the company’s insurance sector.

Says Chris: “We are delighted to welcome Lauren to our growing team, she brings a wealth of expertise and will assist us in further growing the insurance side of our business.

“Whilst we’ve enjoyed tremendous growth and success, there is still a great deal of potential left in this sector, and we are keen to work with more insurers who can benefit greatly from our offering.”

We have  also recruited a number of additional roles in our claim’s management team.

New insurers come onboard

Continued Chris: “Our Insurance division is continuing to grow at pace, as insurers realise the benefits of a restoration v replace approach to claims.  It’s been a whirlwind 18 months, as we’ve welcomed three of the UK’s leading insurers as clients and continued to grow our expert team.”

The insurance team at Plastic Surgeon recently scooped the ‘Outsourced Partner of the year’ award at Claims Magazine Awards 2019, for our work with insurers in changing their approach to restoration first, replace last. This key tactic is helping insurers reduce cycle times, lower spend, improve the customer journey, and lessen their impact on the environment.
