The techniques and materials used to repair the damaged area vary hugely depending on it’s size, material and finish. Regardless of the repair type, we will carefully rebuild the damaged area, hand mix the colour and recreate the texture to get a seamless end result.

The time it takes to complete each repair varies hugely depending on the extent of the damage and size of the area requiring restoration. If you’re a homeowner we’ll always provide a competitive project price to complete the work so you don’t need to worry about how long it takes.

If you’re a commercial customer please contact our customer service team for more details.

We always recommend leaving the surface of the repair untouched for 24 hours to enable it to properly cure. After this time you can use it as normal. For details care instructions visit our aftercare hub.

We’re truly nationwide with more than 200 directly-employed finishers based across the country from Penzance to Inverness.

Our repair process is designed to mimic the original properties of the repaired item. As such, we recommend reviewing the original manufacturer’s guidelines and care guides to get exact details for your item. For general care advice check out our aftercare hub.

Our experienced finishers will carefully colour match the repaired area and match the texture of the surface to leave a seamless finish. However, it’s important to remember that light, shadows and reflections can have an impact on how noticeable the area will appear. Although our finishers use their skills and experience to disguise the repair, it is a repair so may be slightly noticeable in certain situations. For a more detailed explanation feel free to contact our friendly customer service team.
