Plastic Surgeon becomes Trustmark approved

19th July 2019

We’re delighted to announce that we have been accredited by TrustMark, a government-backed quality scheme for the work consumers choose to have carried out in their home.

Having recently gone through an audit, had our processes checked and an inspection of our work carried out to ensure we meet the scheme’s high-quality, benchmark standards, we’re thrilled to finally receive this accreditation, especially as it’s administrated by a completely independent third party.

High standards guaranteed

As a TrustMark Registered Business, consumers can rest safe in the knowledge that we have been thoroughly vetted to meet the required standards, and have made a considerable commitment to good customer service, technical competence and trading practices.

The scheme operates within a Master Licence Agreement issued by the Government’s Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), meaning consumers that use accredited businesses can be assured they are dealing with the utmost high-quality professionalism.

We’re very humbled to have been rewarded with the Trustmark accreditation. It demonstrates our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality work in and around the client’s home. Ultimately, it gives our customers the extra incentive that by choosing to use our experienced and high-quality services, they will receive the most professional work – something all accredited TrustMark businesses must adhere to

Trust is vital when working in a customer’s home

TrustMark is overseen by an independent board and supported by a network of newly developed councils and panel, introduced to support the board in their strategic decision making. The councils and panel provide a robust two-way feedback process for the board, specifically in the areas of consumer protection, consumer financial protection and industry insight. This structure enables TrustMark to expand its mission of reducing consumer detriment and enhancing consumer protection.
