The same too, though, can be said of homeowners, as well as tenants in private rented property or social housing. It is only human to err, so it is inevitable as we move things around our home that damage will occur to the areas and fixtures we pass by. But even more so to bannisters, treads and risers, as it is inevitably difficult to negotiate stairs when carrying heavy or bulky objects. And even if two people share the burden, the one leading is likely to be walking backwards.
