Nationwide Repair Service
As the UK’s largest, and only national, provider of #cosmetic repair and fine finishing services for construction, housebuilders, business and homeowners, whatever the material, whatever the construction method, we can almost certainly provide a cost effective repair.
Our Finishers are organised into 7 regional operations teams throughout the UK and are employed directly by us, not franchised or sub-contracted. Each team has a dedicated field sales manager and regional operations manager.
To ensure consistent standards of customer care, we operate a centralised repair booking system at our national headquarters in Devon, where all repair work requests are logged.
The booking system automatically allocates work to the nearest available Finisher, to ensure a fast response for the customer. It uses a series of checks, for example, to determine the distance from the site, hours available for work and skill set of the Finisher. Full job details are then relayed to the Finisher electronically on their mobile handsets.
Employing over 200 staff, operating from a head office in Devon and seven regional hubs, our nationwide network of award-winning Finishers covers all mainland UK.
We hadn’t previously used Plastic Surgeon in this region, though I had heard about the company’s services and had had them recommended by another contracts manager. In terms of the work we have had done, Plastic Surgeon has been reactive to the different needs, while the quality of the work completed is very high. It has definitely added a great deal.
