Plastic Surgeon has secured an extended agreement with Avant Homes, which sees us continue to provide our services to one of the UK’s leading privately owned housebuilders on an exclusive, national basis.
We initially signed an agreement with Avant Homes last year and this has now been extended until 2019, with the exclusivity of the agreement meaning only our repair specialists are called into work on Avant Homes’ housebuilding projects. The repairs are usually required ahead of the handover period, when homes need to be to the Avant Gold Mark Standard, and in pristine condition for receipt by the client.
Avant Homes is renowned for the quality of its projects, setting a high standard with a strong emphasis on corporate social responsibility. Plastic Surgeon’s skills ensure that newly built properties are in the perfect condition for Avant Homes to handover to their new owners, while also making huge environmental savings on waste going to landfill due to making a repair over replacement where possible.

Ordinarily, you’d think an item would need replacing, which inevitably ends up in landfill. But Plastic Surgeon’s Finishers are able to make extremely impressive repairs that stops this happening.”
He continued: “What’s particularly useful to us is the reporting system that Plastic Surgeon uses. We’re able to drill down and determine what type of repairs are required and determine a pattern, which helps to work on ways to stop these repairs being needed in the first place, while also casting a light on just how much waste is being saved by the firm’s services. We’re extremely pleased to have extended our contract with them.”
We provide surface repair to a range of industries, including housebuild, construction, cruise, facilities management, manufacturing and retail, amongst others, using specialist skills to fix cosmetic damage caused during the course of construction projects, by accidental damage or through general wear and tear.

Avant Homes is one of the UK’s largest privately owned housebuilder and operates in Scotland, the North East, Yorkshire and the Midlands. Last year it built over 1,600 homes, with build locations stretching from Auchterarder in Scotland to Milton Keynes in the south of England.
