A local solution

Here at Plastic Surgeon  we are fully aware that our clients like to get to know our teams, building up a working relationship and getting to know the expectations and capabilities of our services. We offer the benefits of a national organisation with its security and back office support alongside the personal touch, ensuring that local teams cover each site and get to personally build client relationships. That’s why our workforce of over 200 finishers is divided into 16 regions, each one headed by a dedicated Area Operations Manager.

Richard Moreton, Sales Manager(House build) explains the importance of on the ground knowledge:

The construction industry is working hard to maintain and strengthen their supply chains, seeking cost-effective solutions to streamline their productivity levels. By dividing our teams into 16 sub areas, we provide that local service that is so important to many of our clients; always on hand to react quickly, employing local staff who understand the regional differences and ensuring that we maintain  consistency in the teams.

Improvements to sustainability targets

Our repair-first approach offers clients the option for repair rather than replacement on a wide variety of accidental damage across site. Our work improves sustainability, reduces landfill and material waste as well as reducing the carbon footprint so enabling instant reporting for CSR figures. This is a real quantifiable way to achieve sustainability targets and drive down on-site waste.

2021 saw us complete a record number of repairs – over 936,000 in total, that’s 16% up on 2019.

We saved over 6,500 tonnes of landfill waste on sites across the UK.
