The Victorian fireplace is situated in an old Victorian post office which the customer now lives in. The fireplace had been hidden for years behind plaster board and was only recently found.
As you can see from the photo on the left, the fireplace was badly eroded and had holes and chunks missing all over it.
We have repaired and restored many similar glazed bricks and tiles, situated in historic buildings throughout the UK in the past, and so sent one of our expert Finishers along to carry out the repair.
As you can see from the photo on the right the job she has done is amazing and the customer is over the moon.
