Plastic Surgeon wins Excellence in Customer Service Award

Plastic Surgeon’s award winning streak once again comes up trumps at the Exeter Business Awards 2011 at the beginning of April.

Going the extra mile to provide an outstanding services was the aim of the game in this category.  The Excellence in Customer Service Award went to Plastic Surgeon, following some tough decision making by the judging panel.

The Judges were looking for a clear, well-implemented customer care policy and service exceeding customers’ expections and also wanted to hear how customer care initiatives contribute to the overall success of the business.  Plastic Surgeon certainly ticked all the right boxes by demonstrating expertise across their fine finishing repair services including virtually any surface, interior or exterior, including plastic, glass, wood stone, ceramic and metal.

Plastic Surgeon attributes its success to a strong committment to customer care.  They have invested heavily in technology and developed bespoke IT systems in order to deliver excellent customer service.

John Burgoyne of Burgoyne’s Estate Agents presented the team from Plastic Surgeon with the award.
